Gravity Clothing is an online clothing store based in Bulgaria. We sell multiple fashion, design, and streetwear brands. We do not manufacture the products ourselves.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit / debit card
Do you ship outside Bulgaria?

No. At the moment, we only sell within Bulgaria.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
However, you can change your order with a different item, only before the order is processed.

To request a change, contact us as soon as possible through:

Once an order has been processed, changes are no longer possible.

Can I return an item?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchange rules and conditions are listed in the Refund Policy tab.

How often do you restock?

Restocks depend on availability from our brands and suppliers. Some items may be limited and not restocked.

Are product photos accurate?

Yes. We aim to show products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
