Refund & Return Policy

Return Rules Summary:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

• Final Sale Items: 3 specific products cannot be returned (marked as Final Sale).

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and perfect package.

• Final Sale items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at ivanivanov30.12.2010@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the address to send your item.

3. Ship the item back at your cost.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve your refund.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed based on availability.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective.
